These terms apply to this website and to towing and roadside services provided by Towing Carmel in Carmel and the surrounding Hamilton County area. By using the site or booking a job, you accept them. They are a general document rather than legal advice.

We provide towing and roadside assistance, including emergency and scheduled towing, flatbed and wheel lift transport, winch-out and recovery, jump starts, tyre changes, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, motorcycle transport, long-distance transport and heavy duty recovery.

Which service is appropriate is decided case by case. We may decline a job where we judge it unsafe, where we do not hold suitable equipment for the vehicle, or where conditions prevent us reaching you safely.

This site is here to describe what we do and to let you reach us. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it that are not public, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Prices are quoted as a flat rate before we dispatch, based on what you tell us about the vehicle, the service and the distance. If the situation on arrival is materially different from what was described, we will discuss a revised figure with you before continuing rather than adding it afterwards.

Arrival times are estimates given in good faith. Traffic, weather and call volume affect them, and in severe conditions they can move considerably.

The text, images and layout of this site belong to Towing Carmel or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking first.
