How to Reach Us
Calling is always fastest. Dispatch can place you, price the job and send a truck in the same conversation.
Business Hours
Emergency dispatch never closes. The office keeps shorter hours for quotes, accounts and scheduled transport.
Emergency dispatch
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Office — Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Office — Saturday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Office — Sunday
Closed — dispatch still answering
Note: office hours shown above are a starting point and can be edited in the builder. Emergency dispatch availability does not change.
What You Get When You Ring
A person in Hamilton County, not a call centre. A flat price before anything is hooked up. An arrival time that reflects the roads as they actually are tonight. Licensed, insured, WreckMaster-certified operators, and approved-provider status with AAA, GEICO, Allstate and Agero if your cover runs through one of them.
If your situation turns out to be something we should not take on, we will say that too and point you somewhere sensible.
Everything This Number Covers
One line for all of it. No separate numbers for roadside and towing.
