Built Because the Alternative Was Frustrating
Most people's experience of towing is being put on hold by a number that turns out to be a national dispatch desk three states away, then waiting for a contractor nobody can name. The price appears at the end. The arrival time was always approximate.
Towing Carmel was set up to be the opposite of that. The phone is answered in Hamilton County by someone who knows which driver is nearest and what the roads are doing right now. You get a price before the truck moves and an honest arrival time, including on the nights when the honest answer is longer than you hoped.
The team is licensed and insured, we hold approved-provider status with AAA, GEICO, Allstate and Agero, and our operators are WreckMaster certified. That matters mostly because it means the person hooking up your car has been trained to do it without damaging it.
Local drivers
Our operators live and work in Hamilton County. They are not routed to you from a contractor pool with no connection to the area.
Price before the hook
Flat rates quoted on the phone. No mileage surcharge, no overnight premium, no line items that appear after the fact.
Licensed, insured, certified
Indiana licensing, full liability cover, WreckMaster-certified operators, and approved-provider status with AAA, GEICO, Allstate and Agero.
How We Try to Work
Four commitments that shape how every call gets handled.
A person answers
Every hour of every day, including holidays and through bad weather. If you are standing beside a dead car at two in the morning, a ringing phone is the worst possible outcome.
The right truck, not the nearest one
An all-wheel-drive car gets a flatbed whether or not you knew to ask for one. Sending the wrong equipment to save ten minutes is a false economy you end up paying for.
Thirty minutes where we can
Trucks are staged across Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville and Fishers so most calls in the county are reached quickly. On the rare nights that is not realistic, we say so.
Winter taken seriously
Indiana weather puts cars in ditches in batches. We staff up ahead of a forecast rather than scrambling once the calls have already stacked.
