One Driver, One Vehicle, One Number
Brokered car shipping is cheap right up until it is not. Your vehicle gets handed between carriers, the pickup window slides by a week, and nobody on the phone can tell you where it currently is. For a single car going a few hundred miles, a dedicated flatbed is usually simpler and often no dearer once the broker's margin is counted.
We run these out of Carmel across Indiana and into the neighbouring states. One driver loads it, drives it and unloads it, and you have that driver's progress throughout rather than a tracking page that never updates.
A date, not a window
Collection is booked for a specific day and time that suits you, rather than a four-day range you have to stay home for.
On a deck the whole way
Long hauls go on a flatbed so no wheels turn and no mileage accumulates on a drivetrain that is not being driven.
Condition agreed first
We note how the vehicle looks before loading and confirm it again at the other end, so there is no argument about a mark later.
Booking a Long Haul
Most of this is settled in a single phone call.
01
Both ends and the vehicle
Collection address, delivery address, make and model, and whether it rolls and steers. That gives us the rate.
02
Loaded and documented
Winched on, strapped at the wheels, condition recorded. Take anything out of the car that you would miss.
03
Delivered and handed over
You hear from the driver along the way and again before arrival, so somebody is there to take the keys.
